As a requirement to participation in What A Good Dog's Training program, the conditions of this Agreement must be accepted.

CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT: I will be participating with my dog in a private training lesson(s) and/or training classes conducted by What A Good Dog, LLC and understand and agree to the following: In consideration of the acceptance of this agreement, and the holding of lessons/classes, and the opportunity to have the dog participate, I agree to hold What A Good Dog, LLC, Mary Remer, the trainers and assistants, the premises upon which the classes or private lessons are to be held, including but not limited to the roadway and the parcel of land adjacent to What A Good Dog, Malvern location, and their staff and their assistants, harmless from any claim for the loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly, or indirectly to any person or thing by an act of dog or person while in or upon the premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto. I personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim. I further agree to hold the aforementioned parties, harmless from any claim or loss of this dog by disappearance, theft, death or any other cause or causes. I hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expenses, including legal fees, by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage and expenses. Photo/Video Release: I hereby grant What A Good Dog, LLC the right to use, reproduce and publish private training lesson or class videos and photos for educational, saleable curriculum, including but not limited to online classes, marketing or public relation purposes unless slated otherwise. I hereby release What A Good Dog, LLC from any and all claims, actions, and liability relating to its use of said photographs. Refunds/Cancellations: Refunds will only be provided up to 5 business days prior to the start of any private training lesson or class session. Class will be held each week as scheduled unless notified by What A Good Dog, LLC. If the class is cancelled, the class will be rescheduled at a time deemed reasonable by What A Good Dog, LLC.
